The project for the new headquarters of Pen\u00ednsula Participa\u00e7\u00f5es, a Brazilian private investment company with a long-term value creation approach, was designed by Patricia Martinez Arquitetura, an architecture office based in S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil. The proposal translates the company\u2019s legacy while presenting its renewed corporate identity without disconnecting from its history.<\/p>\n
This is the third headquarters designed for the company by Patricia Martinez Arquitetura, reinforcing a partnership built over the years. The new space reflects a modern, streamlined and youthful vision, aligned with current work dynamics and the transformations of the contemporary corporate environment.<\/p>\n
The project\u2019s main highlight is the art gallery that extends from the entrance corridor to the reception area, like a carefully illuminated tunnel. Among the artworks, a ceramic piece that once integrated the fa\u00e7ade of the founder\u2019s father\u2019s former confectionery shop symbolizes the beginning of the company\u2019s trajectory, its legacy and its memories. This narrative leads the visitor to another important piece along the path: a tree signed by the artist Jorge Mayet, which rises in the entrance hall as a representation of the family roots and, at the same time, of the company\u2019s new moment, as it prepares to welcome the next generations and continue its history.<\/p>\n
The program includes a caf\u00e9 for social interaction, a meeting room dedicated to the family, dynamic areas for the staff and individual booths for virtual meetings, organized through delicate and fluid curves that bring lightness and a sense of welcome to the environment.<\/p>\n
In harmony with the brand\u2019s visual identity, the burgundy red appears on the ceiling lining and in ceiling details, including structures and lighting fixtures. The base of the project, in turn, relies on slightly yellowish neutral tones, creating a calm, dynamic and elegant atmosphere.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe developed the company\u2019s first office, with 1,500 m\u00b2, more austere, with shine and the presence of metal; the second, with 2,000 m\u00b2, as a family office, more intimate and with a lot of greenery; and now this one, with 500 m\u00b2. The construction of each project results from joint work with the client, which has matured over time, always respecting its identity and history to create the language of the space,\u201d highlights Patricia Martinez, the architect responsible for the project.<\/p>\n
