1. GOAL:
LAM Services is a service supply chain including: Renovation – Design & Construction – Renovation – Interior design – Decoration – Warranty – Maintenance.
We operate in both commercial and residential sectors. Renovation work is always combined with interior design, consulting and construction.
We have completed a wide variety of renovations in Vietnam including both commercial and industrial renovations, which means we make no distinction in terms of project size or type and undertake including home renovation or retail systems or restaurant and cafe systems.
2. WORKING PROCESS:
Step 1: RECEIVE CUSTOMER NEEDS.
– Customers come to the company offices or call or send emails to LAM Services.
– Customers can provide us with some basic information needs such as:
+ Construction, design, and complete interior design needs for apartments, townhouses, villas, shop-showrooms, spas, pharmacies,…
+ Dimensions of the premises: length x width x height.
+ Desired model and style (Color, logo…).
+ Financial sources for investment norms.
+ Expected date of opening and completion.
+ Schedule a site survey for a free consultation.
Step 2: SURVEY AND SIGN DESIGN CONTRACT.
– Architects and Sales will come directly to the site to survey, advise and support investors on design and investment cost estimates.
– Directly receive customer opinions to understand usage needs, expected investment costs, customer target groups,… to have the most optimal design.
– Measure detailed site dimensions, evaluate the current status of the project, advise on design models and construction design options.
Step 3: UPGRADE DRAWINGS.
– Detailed 3D & 2D perspective design.
– Correct drawings for customers.
– Complete drawings to meet customer design requirements
– Prepare technical specifications and detailed project dimensions.
– Preliminary quote for the project.
Step 4: SIGN INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.
– Customers approve 3D perspectives and 2D technical details.
– Explanation of construction plan.
– Sign an interior construction contract.
